In 2022 Armenia's trade with EAEU countries has almost doubled. Minister of Economy

In 2022, Armenia's trade with EAEU countries amounted to 5 billion 267 million dollars. This is 92.7% more than in 2021. This was stated by Economy Minister Vahan Kerobyan during the presentation of the report "On the progress and results of the implementation of the program of the Republic of Armenia (2021-2026) in 2022" at the session of the Standing Committee on Financial, Credit and Budgetary Affairs of the National Assembly on March 13. At the same time, as the minister mentioned, the export from Armenia amounted to about 2.5 billion dollars, which is 2.8 times higher than last year's figure. "The import stopped at 2.7 billion dollars. This is 49 percent more than in 2021," said Kerobyan. In particular, trade with Russia increased by almost 92%, making 5 billion 33 million dollars. With Belarus: 185.8 million dollars (increase: 2.2 times). At the same time, the trade turnover with Kazakhstan amounted to 41.9 million dollars, which is 2.1 times more than the figure of 2021. Trade with Kyrgyzstan stopped at the level of 6.5 million dollars, which is about 3 times more than last year's indicators.
