The fire between Urasar and Katnaghbyur has been contained

The fire that broke out between Urasar and Katnaghbyur settlements has been contained. On November 29, at 6:59 p.m., the crisis management center of Lori regional rescue department received information that smoke was noticed between Urasar and Katnaghbyur settlements. The operational group of the regional rescue department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, two combat units and two operative groups from the fire-rescue squads went to the scene. It was found that a grassy area is burning. On November 30, a large number of rescue forces, eco-patrols, volunteers of the "Lore" rescue squad and residents are involved in the firefighting operations. The fire was contained at 19:30.
