Stepantsminda-Lars highway is closed for all types of vehicles

The road leading to the Georgian-Russian border is closed for all types of vehicles. Restrictions have been imposed on the 93-107 km section of the Mtskheta-Stepantsminda-Lars (Gudauri-Kobi) highway due to the high risk of avalanches. Traffic on the Mleta-Gudauri section is free.
