The PACE Bureau was suggested to organize urgent hearings regarding the situation in Artsakh. NA deputy Vladimir Vardanyan announced this on his Facebook page. "During the session held in Paris, the Committee on Legal Affairs and Human Rights of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe decided to contact the PACE Bureau and propose to organize a discussion of the humanitarian crisis in Nagorno-Karabakh at the PACE 2023. During the October session of the Council of Europe, member states of the Council of Europe should urgently organize joint hearings on the humanitarian crisis in Nagorno-Karabakh in the Monitoring and Migration, Refugees and Displaced Persons Committees.
