An interstate search was announced for Khachaturov

An interstate search was announced for Major General Grigori Khachaturov. This was reported by the General Prosecutor's Office. On November 25, 2025, a public prosecution was initiated against Grigori Khachaturov under Article 436, Part 1 and Article 549, Part 3 of the Criminal Code. An interstate search was announced for Khachaturov. The court rejected the petition of the investigator regarding arrest as a preventive measure, against which the prosecutor's office will file an appeal.
