In the meeting with Floyd, Hovhannisyan reaffirmed RA's commitment to the agenda of non-proliferation of weapons of mass destruction

On December 17, Ambassador Andranik Hovhannisyan, Permanent Representative of RA to the UN Office in Vienna and other international organizations, presented his credentials to the Executive Secretary of the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty Organization (CTBTO), Robert Floyd. The meeting of the permanent representative Andranik Hovhannisyan and the executive secretary Robert Floyd followed the ceremony of handing over the documents. The interlocutors expressed satisfaction with the high level of cooperation between Armenia and the CTBTO and exchanged ideas on the steps to expand it. The Permanent Representative reaffirmed the commitment of the Republic of Armenia to the agenda of non-proliferation of weapons of mass destruction, emphasizing in this context the importance of the Comprehensive Nuclear Test Ban Treaty.
