The trial of Ruben Vardanyan's fabricated cases continued in Baku

Judge Zeinal Aghaev, presiding at today's court session on the fabricated cases against former Minister of State of Artsakh Ruben Vardanyan in the Baku military court, noted that the group of persons identified as "victims" in the case appealed to the court at the previous sessions, noting that they could not participate in the sessions for valid reasons and confirm the statements given during the preliminary investigation. The parties did not object to these statements being read in court. It was noted that they will be heard at today's court session. Then, testimonies of the group of persons considered as "victims", expert opinions contained in the criminal case materials, as well as protocols and other documents presenting evidence related to the case were published. The next court hearing was scheduled for December 8.
