The elite do not tolerate criticism

New scandalous details have emerged about the incident that took place on November 21 at the "Parvana" restaurant in Yerevan, as a result of which Hambardzum Karapetyan, a musician working in the same restaurant, was taken to the hospital with serious injuries and miraculously survived.

According to the information spread in the press, on the day of the incident, the first lady Anna Hakobyan and her entourage were having a lavish party in the restaurant owned by the oligarch of the government, Samvel Alexnyan, and started giving special orders to the service staff and even the musicians.

One of the employees, who asked not to be named for security reasons, said that Karapetyan refused to perform the Pashinyans' favorite song "Dukhov" and expressed his indignation about such a careless arrangement of parties by the government representatives during the war in the country.

Minutes later, Hambardzum Karapetyan was brutally beaten by Samvel Aleksanyan and the first lady's security guards, and according to the version, he was run over by those who beat him.

We contacted Hambardzum Karapetyan by phone to find out how his health is now and what steps he is taking for his protection. He said that he turned to the police, but they did not process the case and tried to forget it.

"A lieutenant colonel of the police directly threatened me that it is in my best interest to forget about the incident and to continue living, until new trouble comes to my head," said the musician.

The victim claims that after the incident he was fired and threatened that they would do everything to prevent him from finding a new job in the music industry. Until then, Karapeshtian will have to undergo long-term treatment.

There are no other official comments on the incident at this time. The law enforcement officers tend to assume that it was just an accident, not a premeditated act, they don't say a word about the beating. The management of Parvana restaurant also claims that an accident happened to the young man.
