More than 10,000 flights were canceled in the US due to the blizzard

According to FlightAware, more than 10,000 flights were canceled in the United States on Sunday due to the blizzard. Heavy snow and dangerous ice are expected from East Texas to North Carolina, according to the National Weather Service. A state of emergency has been declared in at least 21 states.
