NICOLE THE TRAITOR vs. NICOLE THE MURDERER

May 19, 2026 Author: Heghine Asiryan The other day, we learned that the citizen who was arrested for tearing up a pre-election poster committed suicide in the Nubarashen penitentiary. Where is the line of coincidence, and where is the line of intentionality? It is obvious that we are not dealing with an individual tragedy, but with the gravest lawlessness of the law enforcement system. I specifically clarified from the lawyer Vahagn Martirosyan that the act of tearing down a poster is clearly provided by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia under Article 40.11 of the Code on Administrative Offenses and cannot serve as a basis for initiating criminal proceedings or, even more, for arresting a person. This is a basic legal truth that all the officials who were involved in the given process were obliged to know and take into account. and who consider themselves guardians of law and order. Dear "Guardians of the Law" and those occupying the government "given to them" by their permissiveness, you have created a reality in Armenia, in which the law enforcement system has turned into a tool of political service, and the law into an object of arbitrary interpretations. When a person is subjected to criminal prosecution for an administrative act, it is no longer a legal process, but state repression. No one needs a vivid imagination to imagine what that teenager was subjected to, what he went through, and especially what motivated him to end his life. This serious crime that cost the life of a citizen cannot be presented as an "accident" or a "personal tragedy". This is a clear consequence of legal permissiveness, impunity and legal "bespredel" displayed by law enforcement structures. Nikoli's People's Armenia.
