After the legal entry into force of the decision, the 8.9 ha land in Mkhchyan village will be returned to Artashat enlarged community. The Department of State Interests Protection of the General Prosecutor's Office requested to declare invalid the auction of September 22, 2004 regarding the expropriation of the 8.9 ha plot and to apply the consequences of invalidity. Among other things, it was requested: as a result, invalidate the land sale agreement signed between Mkhchyan village head and Argam Abrahamyan, son of former RA Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan, signed on November 2, 2004, The state registration of the right made on November 4, 2004 in the name of Argam Abrahamyan, The donation agreement signed between Argam Abrahamyan and Hovik Abrahamyan on March 10, 2005, On the basis of the contract, the state registration of the right made in the name of Hovik Abrahamyan.
