The use of video cameras in functional and diagnostic rooms, as well as in operating rooms, wards, bathrooms and toilets of organizations providing medical care and service is strictly prohibited. This was announced by Lusine Badalyan, co-author of the legislative initiative, member of the "Civil Agreement" faction, during the discussion of the package of bills on amendments to the law "On medical care and service of the population" and amendments to related laws at the session of the National Assembly on September 12. According to him, in case of using cameras, organizations providing medical services should post warning signs. He noted that the data obtained as a result of the use of cameras will be provided in accordance with the current legislation. The importance of the adoption of this law, according to the authors, stems from the need to maintain medical secrecy during the provision of medical services, as well as the need to exclude problems related to human rights violations.

On September 12, the delegation led by RA Economy Minister Vahan Kerobyan met with IR Agriculture Minister Abbas Al-Maliki in Baghdad, the capital of Iraq. At the beginning of the meeting, both sides emphasized that there is a great potential for development in the Armenian-Iraqi trade and economic relations, which should be fully realized. I cannot say exactly how many works we will be able to carry out thanks to the reserve fund, but we will do everything so that the sowing is done as much as possible", the minister assured. Referring to the issue of local meat production, H. Safaryan said that there are certain problems in the beef market. "The problem is not due to the fact that there is no beef, it is simply not right to slaughter cattle during this period, which will cause another problem in the future. There is also a shortage of fodder, some of which was imported from Armenia. At the moment, there is also a shortage of milk, which is seasonal. the milk yield will increase in the spring," concluded the head of the department.

In 2022, Armenia's trade with EAEU countries amounted to 5 billion 267 million dollars. This is 92.7% more than in 2021. This was stated by Economy Minister Vahan Kerobyan during the presentation of the report "On the progress and results of the implementation of the program of the Republic of Armenia (2021-2026) in 2022" at the session of the Standing Committee on Financial, Credit and Budgetary Affairs of the National Assembly on March 13. At the same time, as the minister mentioned, the export from Armenia amounted to about 2.5 billion dollars, which is 2.8 times higher than last year's figure. "The import stopped at 2.7 billion dollars. This is 49 percent more than in 2021," said Kerobyan. In particular, trade with Russia increased by almost 92%, making 5 billion 33 million dollars. With Belarus: 185.8 million dollars (increase: 2.2 times). At the same time, the trade turnover with Kazakhstan amounted to 41.9 million dollars, which is 2.1 times more than the figure of 2021. Trade with Kyrgyzstan stopped at the level of 6.5 million dollars, which is about 3 times more than last year's indicators.

The Commission for the Protection of Competition initiated proceedings against the Yerevan Municipality regarding a possible offense in the field of economic competition in the purchase procedures organized for the purpose of acquiring buses in 2021 and 2022. The commission reported that as a result of the study, it was found that the technical specifications of the invitations to the procurement procedures announced by Yerevan Municipality apparently set such requirements, the presence of which led or may lead to the creation of unequal conditions for potential participants of the procurement procedures and the limitation of economic competition. At the same time, the possibility of meeting the standards set by the technical specifications with the standards of vehicles produced by only one entity was recorded, which may indicate the possibility of reaching an agreement with other business entities.

At today's session on September 8, the government approved the decision to approve the report on the 2021 annual results of monitoring the implementation of the RA state budget. The Department of Financial and Budgetary Control of the RA Ministry of Finance conducted only 19 inspections in 2021, 4 of which are in the summary stage, and 1 is suspended due to the need to verify individual information during the inspection. As a result of the inspection, violations of 1.6 billion drams were found. In particular, 12 budget programs (measures) were selected in the aforementioned number of 2 state bodies using the mentioned principle. In the course of 2021, with the inspections carried out and completed by the department, only 1,630.7 million drams of violations were recorded, out of which 766.4 million drams were nominated for recovery (reformulation). Out of the 864.3 million drams violations that were not proposed for recovery, 818.0 million drams were recorded as a result of inspections carried out at the request of law enforcement agencies, and the remaining 46.3 million drams violations represent untargeted and ineffective expenses, violations of the requirements of the RA Law "On Procurement", etc. Of the 766.4 million drams subject to recovery (reformulation), 535.9 million drams were submitted to the RA state budget, 1.9 million drams are subject to recovery at the expense of organizations, and 228.6 million drams are to be re-formulated by accounting. Only 247.2 million drams were recovered from the amounts recorded in the reporting period (including 87.1 million drams from the amounts recorded in 2021 inspections, 160.1 million drams from the amounts recorded in previous time periods)."

In the first 5 months of this year, about 76 million dollars worth of goods were imported from Turkey to Armenia. This is reported by the Statistical Committee of the Republic of Armenia. In particular, goods worth 7.9 million dollars were imported in January, 14.9 million dollars in February, 18.2 million dollars in March, 17.8 million dollars in April, and 17.3 million dollars in May. It is noteworthy that during the whole year of 2021, 73 million dollars worth of goods were imported from Turkey to our country, and 7.6 million dollars worth of goods were imported from Turkey in the same period last year. In other words, the increase was 10 times. Let's remind that from January 1, 2022, the RA government canceled the embargo on the import of saliva products. Armenia imposed a ban on the import of Turkish goods in December 2020, after Turkey openly supported Azerbaijan against Artsakh in 2020. in the war that started on September 27.
