Sewage and production waters of Gegharkunik marz are flowing into Lake Sevan.

Sewage and production waters of Gegharkunik marz are flowing into Lake Sevan.

The main reason for the greening of Sevan is the lack of water. According to Hakob Sanasaryan, president of the Union of Greens, environmentalist, Lake Sevan once had 58 billion, and now it is probably 32-33 billion cubic meters, this is the main problem of greening. And the other problem, which is no less important, is that the sewage and industrial waters of the entire Gegharkunik marz are flowing into Lake Sevan. According to the environmentalist, because of this, the water of Lake Sevan will no longer be suitable for drinking and irrigation purposes, and it will have a great impact on the fauna of the lake. The environmentalist states that nothing has been done to restore the water level in the lake for years. "The policy of the Republic of Armenia for 25 years is that the average level should be raised, but this is false, it is a lie, the level is not raised so that there is no tension among the people. The authorities do not say that millions of funds are needed to raise the level and they are deceiving, this is simply a scam. "If a system is constantly polluted, it is not restored, it threatens full flowering and swamping, and eventually it will lose its importance as a source of drinking water in this region," he said. According to Sanasaryan, water is often released from Lake Sevan when there is plenty of water. "What I have seen with my own eyes regarding Lake Sevan is a terrible thing." It should be noted that a few days ago the Minister of Environment Hakob Simidyan announced that this year Lake Sevan will turn green again, but it is still planned to release water from the lake.

The Armenian National Assembly factions demand the RA authorities not to question the right to self-determination of the people of Artsakh

The factions of the National Assembly of the Republic of Artsakh, expressing the will and position of the people, demand from the authorities of the Republic of Armenia to adhere to the 1992 resolution of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Armenia. to the decision of July 8 and not to question the right to self-determination of the people of Artsakh. The NA factions of the Republic of Artsakh made a statement about this. In particular, it is stated in the statement: "In a few days, 100 days of Azerbaijan's blockade of the 120,000 population of the Artsakh Republic will pass. Disregarding the decision of the International Court of the Hague regarding the de-encirclement of Artsakh, the leadership of Azerbaijan continues the political course of depopulating Artsakh with the threat and use of force. In its intention to annex the Republic of Artsakh, Azerbaijan does not shy away from anti-human measures and terrorist actions. Natural gas and electricity supply disruptions, intimidation of the civilian population and restrictions on free movement, and recently, on March 5, the shooting of policemen while performing their official duties, prove that talks about direct dialogue are unacceptable under such conditions. At the same time, we are convinced that the Karabakh conflict, as an issue of the international agenda, should be resolved through negotiations with the mediation and guarantees of relevant international structures, in particular, with the involvement of Minsk Group co-chair countries endowed with such authority. The military and political leadership of Azerbaijan misinforms its own public and international institutions with various propaganda tricks, with the aim of creating an illusion of an "era of peace" in the conditions of humanitarian pressures and intimidation against the people of Artsakh. All factions of the Artsakh Parliament reaffirm their loyalty to the fundamental documents expressing the will of our people and will continue to be guided by the ideas and principles arising from them. There are not enough products in stores, vegetable and fruit stores have been closed for a long time. Minister of Agriculture of Artsakh

Currently, there is no wheat and flour problem in the Republic of Artsakh. The Minister of Agriculture of Artsakh Republic Hrant Safaryan said about this. "There are not enough products in stores anymore. Vegetable and fruit shops have been closed for a long time. At the moment, we are trying to provide the products in the reserve fund to the stores through the suppliers, the supplier-fund connection is maintained. We are trying in every possible way to get out of the created situation. There should be restrictions in order to be able to distribute food equally to our fellow citizens," said H. Safarian. According to him, the Village and Agriculture Support Fund has seeds for spring planting and vegetable cultivation. "They are already in stores. We will definitely fill the shortage from the reserve fund, we have already taken the lists. We will try to organize spring planting works in every possible way. At the moment, the most complicated issue is the diesel fuel. I cannot say exactly how many works we will be able to carry out thanks to the reserve fund, but we will do everything so that the sowing is done as much as possible", the minister assured. Referring to the issue of local meat production, H. Safaryan said that there are certain problems in the beef market. "The problem is not due to the fact that there is no beef, it is simply not right to slaughter cattle during this period, which will cause another problem in the future. There is also a shortage of fodder, some of which was imported from Armenia. At the moment, there is also a shortage of milk, which is seasonal. the milk yield will increase in the spring," concluded the head of the department.

10-15 Azerbaijanis with their faces covered entered the car carrying the children from Artsakh. one of the children passed out

Due to the siege, 19 children, separated from their parents and family for more than a month, returned home on the Goris-Stepanakert road. Artsakh HRD Gegham Stepanyan wrote about this on his Facebook page. The children were moved from Goris to Stepanakert accompanied by the Russian peacekeeping troops. The car was stopped by Azerbaijanis in the area under Shushi-Kari, in the cordoned off part of the road, where the Azerbaijani government agents pretending to be "eco-activists" and the journalists serving them are stationed. Then, 10-15 Azerbaijanis with cameras in civilian clothes approached the car, some of them broke into the car and filmed the children in the car. As a result of the provocative actions of the Azerbaijanis, there was a commotion in the car, as a result of which one of the children fainted. As a result of actions taken by Russian peacekeepers, they were removed from the car, the car continued its journey. Then, while passing through the blocked section of the road, Azerbaijanis demonstratively shouted in the direction of the vehicles transporting the children. This insolent behavior of the agents of the Azerbaijani government is an arbitrary and illegal interference in the private life and psychological integrity of children, an illegal encroachment on their honor and reputation. These criminal actions completely reveal their true goals and desires. The ethnic hatred of Azerbaijanis towards Armenians knows no bounds, targeting even minor children. This provocative and criminal action once again proves the fact that the road is blocked and the impossibility of safe travel on it, even accompanied by Russian peacekeeping troops.
